We can also accommodate some exotic pets, including chinchillas and other small animals. If you're unsure whether we can board your pet, simply give us a call or send us an email and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Comfortable Accommodation

We offer both indoor and outdoor enclosures depending on the species and your preference.

To help your pet feel as relaxed as possible during their stay, we recommend bringing their own enclosure where practical.

Own cages are preferred for:

• Mice
• Hamsters
• Rats
• Small Birds
• Parrots and Large Birds

Ferrets are boarded outdoors unless a suitable cage is provided by the owner.

Feeding Included

We know how important it is to keep pets on a familiar routine.

The following foods are provided at no extra cost:

✔ Standard Rodent Mix for Mice, Hamsters and Rats
✔ Fresh Vegetables

If your pet is fed a different food, we ask that you provide enough for their stay. Alternatively, if sufficient notice is given, we may be able to order their food in ready for their arrival.

Ferrets fed a raw diet must have their food supplied by the owner.

Rabbit Vaccinations

For the safety and wellbeing of all rabbits in our care, rabbits must have up-to-date vaccinations before boarding.

Please bring proof of vaccination when dropping your rabbit off.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept rabbits without valid vaccination records.
