With both indoor and outdoor accommodation available, we can provide a suitable environment for different species and their individual requirements, ensuring they are well cared for while you're away.
To help keep all rabbits in our care safe and healthy, we require all rabbits staying with us to have up-to-date vaccinations before boarding.
Please bring your rabbit's vaccination record or certificate when you drop them off.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept rabbits for boarding without proof of current vaccinations. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for all our guests.
We understand how important it is for pets to maintain their usual diet and routine. A selection of food is included in the boarding fee, including rabbit and guinea pig pellets, rodent mixes, fresh vegetables, and bird food.
If your pet requires a different brand or specialist diet, we ask that you provide enough food for the duration of their stay. With sufficient notice, we may also be able to order specific foods in advance of your pet's arrival.
Please note that ferrets fed a raw diet must have their food supplied by the owner.
